We manufacture the above dry type products according to IS 11174, IS 2026, IS 5553, IEC 76, IEC 289, IEC 310, IEEE519 for Power Quality Products specifications.
We can make these products according to your specifications. The above
products are of Iron-Core or Air Core type as and how required. The
Iron cores are of circular, cruciform or rectangular cross section. The
core material can be CRGO or CRNGO depending on the linearity
requirements. Where necessary the iron core is divided by optimized air gaps filled with stable non-magnetic spacers.
Dry Type Air Core coils depend on natural circulation of air for cooling purposes. Air core coils are employed to achieve a high degree of linearity. To constrain the flux field, a partial or full magnetic shielding is provided. Sometimes non magnetic shielding is also employed depending on the magnetic clearance.
The windings are made of Copper or Aluminium strips or round wires or foils. Vapor pressure impregnation products Compatible varnish treatment. |
